EA Help Are Greedy

I had a bug, where when I scored a chip it didn't count in the objectives, which delayed me from playing FUT Champions meaning I can't get my 10th icon swap. 

They shared it with the team, they said it is a bug BUT I'm not getting compensated because it's not a 'known issue'. This clearly states that the company isn’t bothered with individual services, but will only help out unless many people have suffered from it, because they know people won't purchase future game, or buy content in-game. THIS MUST STOP.

    it's a known issue since fifa 2018 that chips only count if they go directly over the keeper ^^ so it's one of the hardest challenges as in pvp you can't score 1 if the opponent doesn't rush out with the keeper :/ so it is a known issue or at least it should be

    Always focus on champs first as the others have more time to do ^^ also always do challenges a day before as EA normality is that the servers struggle ;( you get used to the terrible state of EA games at some point
