I can't access Ultimate Team mode.
I've been playing every mode in the game for 3 days now, but I keep getting an error and crashing in Ultimate Team mode. Please help, I'm getting frustrated.

Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the frustration with not being able to connect to Ultimate Team. Please try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to Ultimate Team again. Let me know if this helps or not.
