infinite loading

Hello,

I’ve been playing Ultimate Team since September 18, 2025, but since October 1, I’ve been experiencing continuous loading issues.

Every time I try to open any section (Rivals, Squad Battles, Champions, Live Events, Squad Building Challenges, Store, Club, Evolutions, Transfers, and others), I see a small loading icon that lasts indefinitely. After a while, I receive a message saying there are server or connection problems, and I’m forced to leave Ultimate Team.

About a week ago, I chatted with an EA consultant who provided me with the case number 227364534, but I haven’t received any updates, and the issue is still happening.

Could you please check the status of my case or help me resolve this issue?
