Week two of PC mass bans has started and what you do about it? NOTHING. My appeal got rejected with the same message for the fifth time with the exact same message! EA live chat consultant told me that she adds "priority" into my case and real human will contact me via email. Guess what? That was a LIE...
Hundreds if not even thousands of players are commenting same thing all over socialmedia "transfer balance ban". They were your loyal customer, paid for the game they cannot even play now as most of them has their whole EA FC library blocked! This is pure robbery and that cannot be neglected.
Two weeks have passed and you didn't even communicate that there is something wrong with your detection system. We're stuck on help.ea hitting appeals that are being rejected by automated messages with no real human looking at them. SHAME! My goal is now to unite FC community and spread this case as wide as i possibly can. This is already a very open public case. I do not even care about my account getting unbanned, i want YOU @EASPORTSFC to get things right for the community that is buying your **bleep** **bleep** game every year.

I'll collect all the cases and take it to ECC if nothing moves by EA... I give ea time to respond publicly till the end of this week. If we're stuck why no fix or public response by that time, im taking all your emails and theese comments and will gather your signatures to make a class aciton lawsuit.
