Same for me unfortunately, I was wrongly banned yesterday for 'coin distribution', this is so disheartening and makes me question even buying EA games again in future!
Only had the game since the Steam Xmas sale, have put in quite a few hours on the game and webapp over the last few weeks. All I've done is use the market as it was intended to buy and sell, and haven't broken any ToS. Only recently made the swap to trading cards with limited supply and Icons, seems to have been a trigger that their faulty detection systems has flagged.
I've sent my appeal yesterday, nothing back yet in 24 hrs, but with many players waiting weeks for a response and getting rejections, I'm not hopeful of a quick or positive resolution.
Appeals are automatically rejected by an automated system. That’s why we have to share this as much as we can, everywhere we can. Public outrage must be big, otherwise there is no need for EA to change something.
