Forum Discussion
Hi everyone, unfortunately I can confirm I’m experiencing a very similar situation and I’d like to share my case.
On January 12th, my EA SPORTS FC 26 PC account was suddenly hit with a FUT Transfer Market restriction for alleged “coin distribution”. I want to be very clear: I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins in any form, and I have never used bots, third-party tools, or coin services. I have always followed the rules.
My transfer market activity has always been normal trading through official channels (in-game/Web App), with players listed only at BIN prices consistent with the current market value. On PC the market is more volatile and prices can fluctuate quickly, but this is normal market behaviour.
I submitted two official appeals, both rejected with generic copy-paste responses, and EA never identified a single specific transaction or concrete evidence to justify the restriction. Live chat support was also extremely difficult, as it felt impossible to get any meaningful clarification beyond standard replies.
For transparency, I submitted a DSAR and referenced GDPR Articles 15 and 22, requesting the exact reason for the sanction and the specific flagged transaction(s). However, I still have not received any clear details that would allow me to understand or defend myself properly.
I respectfully ask for a real manual review and for EA to clearly identify the exact transaction(s) that triggered this restriction, because at the moment I feel penalized without a concrete explanation.
