Hi guys, i just got banned from the whole EA FC Game as well for selling non usable cards from tradable packs for min price since the Futties Promo started.
My case: #251326736
I only got automatically rejeceted with a standard mail. Is there any possibility to reach out to a human person for the verification and he can solve it quickly ?
It is really frustrating to get banned from an algorithm during a big Promo.
Does any has this issue recently again ?

tuturan All the community managers and chat advisors keep claiming appeals are reviewed by humans. I guess it's possible, but that they're either just horrible at their job, don't care and don't bother, have too much work to do anything properly or have instructions to trust flawed algorithms. either way, if the humans in this system exist, they sure are good at disguising themselves as ai bots.
