You genuinely couldn't make this up, despite not having access to the transfer market since the 26th, and confirmation three times by email from ToS that the bans have been incorrectly applied and overturned. I've now received another ban email!
We just want full access to the game we purchased and be able to trade on the market without risk of being incorrectly penalised when no ToS have been breached. I've now spent hours of time and stress speaking with customer service and submitting appeals. In that time I've missed the majority of the TOTY content, I can't buy players to improve my team or complete SBCs.
This issue needs a serious intervention and can't continue, I'm aware of multiple other players experiencing the same situation.
