STILL BANNED

WHAT is wrong with you EA ..??  My appeals are not being responded to.. MY account is banned and after succesfully sharing the details .. no action has been taken, no response has been given and neither have u guys given me a proper reason..except for stating that i cheated ... How can i cheat on a playstation 5..I feel there is problem with whosoever tracks cheating software..because i randomly matched with my friend since i was playing offline on div rivals and i lost ..in a very competitive match.. and the next day i was banned ... also just so u know am still in division 5.. i wouldnt cheat we just play for fun... i dont know how to cheat as it is am technologically challenged ..Having said that its high time u unban me ..and other players like me who hare suffering the wrath of your incompetent software.. its been 15 days ... Please provide a solution..Should i create a new EA account..???  what about all my progress and season pass that i bought ..all gone ..???
