Transfer Market still locked after wrongful account ban
Hello everyone, EA Community Team,
I’m reaching out to ask for help with my ongoing Transfer Market restriction issue on the FC Companion App and Web App.
On January 29, 2026, my EA account was wrongfully banned without any rule-breaking on my part. Shortly after, on January 31, I received an official notification stating:Your account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA SPORTS FC™ Companion App. To earn access to the Transfer Market on the Companion App, you must play more in-game.
My account was finally fully unbanned and restored on March 7. Since the day of my release, I have strictly followed all official requirements. I have completed at least three full FUT online matches every single day, with no early exits, intentional disconnections, or violations of any EA terms. I have also tried different game modes regularly to meet the gameplay standards.
Unfortunately, even after more than one month of consistent and compliant gameplay, my Web and Companion Transfer Market is still locked. I have contacted EA customer support multiple times to explain my situation, but this problem has not been resolved. Frontline agents are unable to manually unlock the market or escalate my case to the relevant review team.
This market lock is entirely caused by the previous incorrect account ban. I have fully proven my good account standing and met every condition EA listed for regaining Transfer Market access.
I sincerely hope the official team can look into my account manually, review my long-term legitimate gameplay, and remove the unnecessary Transfer Market restriction.
