Exactly how it should; we pay to play the game not sit there wasting time trying to login to no avail....

Same here. I tried deleting squad and creating a new empty one.  Still not working. I also tried a few other things with clearing cache and profiles and resetting up everything. Nothing worked.  At this point I I’m thinking I just want a refund. 

The same thing has been happening to me for about 10 hours. It all started with the FUT Champions rewards that were not awarded. In the last match, the game disconnected. At first, the FUT Champions screen showed that I had played 15 games, but in the games to be played, it showed a negative -1 match. I contacted support and they told me they would resolve it. What is for sure is that when they told me to log back into the game, Ultimate Team has been inaccessible for 10 hours now.

I have the same problem now almost 2 weeks.

This issue is still not resolved and it is unacceptable at this point. Many players are experiencing the same problem, and Ultimate Team has been inaccessible for an extended period.

We paid for full access to the game, and being locked out without any clear communication or solution is extremely disappointing.

I expect a clear explanation, a timeline for the fix, and appropriate compensation for the lost time (especially for FUT Champions).

Please escalate this to the technical team urgently.
