every time i join ultmate it says connecting is no possible

i cant log in in fc companion as i fotgot my password and my phone is broken

Community ManagerDo you have a device with a web browser? You could use that to delete your squads. As far as the password goes, you'll need to get that reset. You can go to profile.ea.com and use the forgot password link to reset it.
