Hello EA Support / Moderators,
My PS5 Ultimate Team Transfer Market is available, but the Web App and Companion App remain locked despite extensive activity. I need a manual review / Tier‑2 escalation to check for any device or account flags preventing WebApp access.

Dozens of matches played between 18–28 September across all modes.
Completed Venturing Out / Foundations objectives.
One side account used Ultimate Points. My main PS5 club is Ult23006.
