What to do about awful toxic behaviour?

People timewasting from the first half to prevent opponent from scoring for their objective, using excessive celebrations and pauses, spamming childish messages, and outright cheating to control your players! etc. Is there any sanction for awful behaviour in this game, or is this behaviour promoted by ea sports?

In the client on PC, I can only report "offensive username" , not cheating, abuse or unsportsmanlike conduct.

There should be a way to let these low -lifes at least play among themselves in a "bad sport" lobby or something.
