Hi I got mass effect Andromeda deluxe edition for steam but every time i play or launch the game it says you don't have online access to multiplayer ect

I purchased it I think in December and it is the deluxe edition, I did use a trial of EA play a long time ago and I did try ME-A with it
When did you purchased the game on Steam?
You purchased the Deluxe Edition?
Did you have an EA Play subscription that was cancelled while you already owned the game?
