Hi I got mass effect Andromeda deluxe edition for steam but every time i play or launch the game it says you don't have online access to multiplayer ect

Thanks for replying, I've contacted them and was told that it was a sunset game so there wasn't any servers to connect
Community ManagerTyliene I am afraid that you were not given the correct information. The app was sunset a while ago. The game is still up and running. Can you provide me a case number, or the EA ID name? I need to forward that info up so this does not continue happening.

EA_Shepard I have tried getting Support on the line but it just loops me and keeps sending me to different support pages and wont actually let me create a case, or talk to a real person. So I too am having a problem with online connectivity, I purchased the game when it first came out, deluxe if I remember correctly. Decided to replay the game so redownloaded it and was having the server connectivity issue. So I tried the clear cache on the EA app then uninstalling and reinstalling it. still having the same issue. any chance you could help me out with this?
