Are you able to log into another PC or laptop you can install the EA app on by chance?
If they aren't showing at all, that is more of a local issue not an app issue so to speak. All of that should show up regardless if you even own the game or not.
Hello. The code was purchased and then activated. If you think this will help, I will ask a friend who has everything working properly to install and check it. However, the friend has the Steam version of the game. Please help me if this does not work.
