CHEL error code

I was recently playing WoC and after creating a club for my EASHL team, I was kicked out of WoC and can't get back into it. I constantly have the same error code and I've tried resetting my router and modem (which is new, only a month old), deleting saved data files, deleted the game and re-installing it, trying it on a different EA account, and still nothing. What can I do to start playing WoC again. Honeslty, game after game, issue after issue, it's becoming absured and unpleasant.

    I am getting a similar error

    when trying to play a club game or drop-in game on World of Chel.

    I've attempted the following things to try to remediate the error but to no avail. Clear console cache, delete and redownload game, restore game license, delete local files, check live roster, leave my club, create a new club, reset date and time on console, reset local internet connection. What else is there left to do that I haven't tried? I'm on PS5, PSN name JalapenoHannah.

    somehow 2 players in our club have the same issue. They can enter WoC but as soon as game countdown in the matchmaking is at 0:00 and game starts they receive error that data can't be retrieved. Yesterday we played without issues

      a third player with the issue. For all of them they can go into matchmaking in WoC but as soon as game starts they get an error for data can't be retrieved. Also HUT, drop in, Pro Am, nothing works for them. Does it help to delete the club or not?

      Please send me a private message with your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag. I'll get it added to a list of players experiencing this issue as part of the investigation. Unfortunately, you'll need to play on a different account until we can get this fixed.

        Are you on a WoC club and getting the failed to retrieve data error? If so, are you getting that when trying to load into WoC?
