I have a problem with packet loss in NHL 25. everything was fine in NHL 24. I have optical internet and PS is connected via cable.
Can you advise me where the problem is?
Alternatively, provide the IP addresses of the servers? I'm from Slovakia, how do I find out which server I'm connecting to? my provider asks me to do this to test the connection.

i have packet loss on BF2042 any server or any game mode only when moving around it like slow motion when someone kills me is stops...my avg ping is 25, using wired internet and 130+fps... i think they did something with the update many people have it its unplayable

Community ManagerCan you try contacting your ISP? Everyone in this thread is from Slovakia and are experiencing packet loss. Most likely, this is an issue with the ISP.

I solved it with my Slovak ISPthree times. They checked
connection, the connection is OK. Packet loss occurs outside of Slovakia. According to ISP, the problem is either on the route to the server (abroad) or directly on the server.
I tested the game and connections:
In the time until 3PM CET the packet loss is 0, in the time after 3 PM CET I currently have a packet loss of 7-10%. From this I assume that packet loss occurs when the network or server is overloaded.

Community ManagerApologies. I see you mentioned that previously. Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps here? Do you happen to have NHL 24 installed still? I'd be curious to see if you're having the same issue there or not. I know you weren't previously, but it's always possible something changed recently. Was your connection fine with 25 at first, but then started having this packet loss?
