Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I’m on Xbox and offline doesn’t work either, pls fix EA 🙏

I think the problem with the EA play subscription is that you've added the NHL25 Trial license to your account. When I try to add the normal version with it says something went wrong in the PS store. You can probably only have one license from the game and not two which is why it gives the error.

I'll try contacting sony that they invoke my nhl trial license and maybe it'll work 

Entire reason I bought a month of EA Play was to play the trial an of course it doesn't even work lol par for the EA Course.

• Do you have EA Play?
• Did you participate in the free play weekend?
• When did you sign up for EA Play? Before or after the free play weekend.

For PS5,

yes I have EA play (it works on every other game). No I did not participate in the free play weekend. I signed up a long time ago for EA play but just tried to access my 10 hour trial yesterday. Wasted about an hour of my trial time trying to trouble shoot. 

Thanks. We just needed those details from Xbox users. We're still working on this issue for both platforms though. I'll post an update when I have one.
