Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

Yep same thing happened to me.. I can play other games but can’t seem to play nhl 25 chel.. I can play ultimate team and every other game mode. But it’s like they blocked chel permissions so you can’t play it on the trial.

I have paid for easy access twice actually and it still says trial permissions aren’t granted or some crap. I contacted customer service and got the oh just wait and see if it’s been fixed. It’s been weeks and still nothing it shows ea access on my ps5 but on my ea account it doesn’t even show that ea access is purchased( yes same account) the only reason I purchased ea access was for chel but I can’t even play it and used almost 3 hours trying to trouble shoot and keep getting on to see if I can play yet. Have yet to be able to even create my player profile it gives me that error as soon as I try to load into chel

I absolutely understand the frustration. The best I can tell you is that we're trying to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Just broke down and ended up buying the full game. Sorry to hear others are having this issue still

Oooof  iCaamr. I was thinking of caving and buying the full trial but when they dont want you to access the trial that doesnt bode well for the game itself. Ig I will use my disposable income on diamond dynasty. On a side note, eaforums website is **bleep**. Why is it so laggy and why do I have to scroll every time for so long just to see a reply.

Been an issue for me for over a month and there is no fix coming from EA. Basically have to wait to see if EA decides to fix it.. probably a ploy to make you buy the game instead of allowing you to play the trial. I wasn’t able to play chel on the trial so I refuse to spend money on the full game 

It’s been almost a month and there is no fix. This company is falling apart.. I paid for multiple months of ea access and I can’t play chel lol I don’t believe ea has an intention of fixing this!! If so it would have been done already 

I’ve done this too and nope.. it’s 100% on ea and their permissions. Because they turned off trial permissions it now affected ea access and not just the general public.

This really couldn't be more false. If that were the case, we wouldn't have a trial to begin with. We are working to fix this as soon as possible.
