Franchise mode bug /freeze

I just had a complete freeze on my franchise mode… Even reloading it is impossible! Paying like 100$ for this game is a total joke/scam!

I’m a casual gamer who love to play Franchise mode by my own doing my things but this is enough… That’s the last time I’m paying for an NHL game ever! 

Moreover, it’s impossible to download and use « Custom roster » uploaded by someone else…

And I’m pretty sure EA won’t do a thing about it because that’s not « cash machine mode » like HUT…
