Literally let me mod the game so I can enjoy it, or someone at the very least. I'll do it for free but people deserve just ONE mod that simply bans hackers and keeps servers alive. Is it really that hard to try, even just a little bit? Nobody is asking for GW3 here... 😒

GW games are plagued with hackers for SEVERAL years now. The hundreds of useless reports we all have put in need to be processed or something. Can you please IP perm ban hackers and listen to your dying supporters? We ALL know you need to keep what little dignity EA has left and your rapidly losing customer base. Fix your **bleep** games before you keep making **bleep** platforms and titles for uninterested people that ultimately fail and rapidly lose interest, time and time again. Doing the same thing twice expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.
Not sure why its THIS difficult for you all to listen to the PAYING customers that have fought for this game for LITERAL decades. Please fix this game and consider the long term affects your years of poor choices are leaving people with.

Do something to fix the problem or shutdown the game and refund players. No one deserves to pay money just to not able to play the game with ease. Your Jaevlin anticheat does absolutely nothing

I've also just recently bought the game for me and my friend as we wanted to play this game after so long. We were wondering why we couldn't even get into the multilayer server so I did some research and found out this is the issue. Its honestly so disappointing to see that the game has ended up in this condition and I hope they fix it soon, it feels like I've just wasted £50 on a game we can't even play and that should be illegal. EA fix your game cuz this is disgusting

Cheaters attacked absolutely all lobbies in the game, I recently bought this game and in fact, with the same meaning, I could have thrown my money in the trash
EA, if you do care, please deal with this

EA, why hasn't the cheating issue on the servers of "Garden War 2" been resolved yet? The cheating group has seriously affected the gaming experience of players. The daily active players of the game still remain above 1000. This game has no death penalty, and the problem of the server being attacked must be solved. If it is not resolved, the player group will be forced to switch to private servers, which is fatal to the health of the game. Please solve it immediately, please.

The same problem urging the officials to optimize and solve, I am also a true lover of PVZ and many other EA games. Recently, I was about to enjoy GW2, an awesome game, only to discover that our gaming environment has been ruined by endless hacking attacks. These attacks have destabilized the servers and made multiplayer games impossible to enjoy.(hackers make all players have 1 life infinite bullets and invisibility. The suspense of timing especially in Taco mode.)
Like hundreds of thousands of other GW2 players, we have great passion for this game. Despite having been consistently hurt for so long, we have never given up on what we love. We strongly believe that the EA team has the determination and ability to protect our beloved game and the honest players who do not cheat, willing to trust that EA stands by its players.
While our community is not as large as many others, our needs and demands should not be ignored. Moreover, waves of new players – enthusiastic about this wonderful game – continue to join, seeking an experience that should be joyful and unforgettable. We cannot remain silent when our right to enjoy the game is threatened by hackers and cheaters.
We sincerely urge the EA team to take urgent and effective measures to resolve this crisis. If EA truly prioritizes its players' and communities' feelings and needs, we will never stop supporting your games.
