💛 A Friendly Note: If you've worked through every step, reported the issue here and through EA Help and the games or website still won't load, the cause may not be a configuration issue at all. It may simply be that your device's operating system and browser have aged past what today's technology expects or there may be deeper device issues.
When an operating system stops receiving updates, as Windows 10 did in October 2025, and as older Macs, older tablets, and older phones eventually do their browsers and software eventually become outdated as well. At that point, modern games and websites may no longer have the support they need to run properly, and troubleshooting alone cannot resolve this. This isn’t something you did wrong, it’s simply how technology evolves over time for all of us.

Nothing is working for me either. It's been two days now since I have been able to play any games. The pogo main screen will come up okay and all of the games are listed but after I click on the game(s) I want to play, all I get is a blank screen. Hopefully Pogo will fix this issue soon and reward its members in some way for the badges they have missed out on.

This is a bit troubling to hear, and I am sorry you are experiencing this. As an avid Pogo player myself everything loads normally, so it doesn’t seem to be a site-wide issue and shouldn't be occurring.
If you have been experiencing this for months and it's getting worse, this very well may point to something like RAM, CPU speed, or internet connection. Outdated or weighed down devices can make online games struggle big time.
