I have had ESET as my anti virus for years and never had a problem until this past week.
It has to be something on pogo end as the trojan doesnt appear anywhere on my computer.
I do not think it is right for me to disable my anti virus to play games you have not cleaned
up on your end. And as such this is not a value for me being able to play and is costing
me not being able to finish items I had started. I hope you will reach a solution and keep
us posted as to how you are fixing your issue with ESET protection.
I find it hard to believe that games I have been playing with the same virus protection are now being blocked by my virus protection. I have been playing for a long time. With the games you have already done away with and now it's getting hard to justify spending my money on Pogo games.

I also have ESET Smart Security and it's not my job to try and figure out how to bypass my virus checker so I can play your games. If POGO & EA Sports can't fix this then I will not be renewing my membership. And I've been a member since 2004. FIX IT.

I think you are right and Pogo needs to fix right away. Several in my family will cancel Pogo if this does not get fixed. Eset has always protected my computer, no way I will go around it and let Pogo infect it just to play games.
If you go to Eset Forum look under malware find and cleaning and click on topic Club Pogo and selective games blocked by eset. They given a solution on there.and I hope it will help the ones having issues with games
I have eset as well. Anyone know the solution?

Thanks, everyone for the information you have provided so far.
It seems like everyone is getting this with a game that has a go wild badge, Can everyone running into this issue confirm this and the following information.
- Web Browser being used?
- Device being used?
- Security being used?
Thanks!
I am getting on these games - Tri Peaks, Word Whomp and First Class Solitaire. Not sure if those are go wild badge games or not. I'm on Windows 10 laptop, it happens in Chrome and Edge. Eset is the AV software, and the url of the module it is complaining about, at least for word whomp, is https://cdn-h5wordwhomp-prod.pogospike.com/23/src/project.js. For tri peaks it is /67/src/project.js. It reports a possible trojan in this file - JS/Packed.Agent.H

Hey Pogo Players!
It seems like the reports we've seen come in on Answers HQ and the Pogo Forums are having issues with the Eset Anti-virus Software.
Its possible updates or changes were made with the Eset software and now they believe Pogo and its games are a potential threat.
They have a few different guides to allow a website to load and through their security, so you can get back to playing games. Can everyone having this issue try these steps and let me know if you continue running into issues?
*** Notes: you may need to go through each link depending on what state Eset has the Pogo site in.
- How do I use my ESET product to block or allow websites?
- Exclude a safe website from being blocked by Web Access Protection
- Unblock a safe website on an individual workstation in ESET endpoint products
Thanks!
