A very serious request for SVB purchase history in game

I have been double charged so many times now, my followers watched me live get doubled charged twice within 2 days. I already had a request sent out to fix the first one. Sadly no response whatsoever.

We seriously need an SVB purchase history in game and hold some kind of accountability to EA. It’s disgusting that EA marked my issue as resolved when no one from EA (account support - the right and only channel)  even contacted me before marking it resolved. Why would I want to spend money on this game? You didn’t think I wouldn’t notice my SVB missing? This is from someone that wanted to support this game and has already spent quite large figures in it and I do love it for what it is even in its mediocre stage BUT! You can’t rip people off like this. I work in finance. Give me a break. Had enough.

Here is the best idea. Stop double charging people and ripping everyone off.  You’ve been exposed now.

Because there is no store tag unlike in the playtest. Most tags have been selected. 

For the record this is most definitely not a boycott, just a very annoyed “customer” so this is my “ general feedback”. 

I am not saying to people don’t spend: but for goodness sake EA fix the store because isn’t the whole purpose of this games livelihood revolve around it?
