It’s time for an honest discussion

I’ve been putting off this discussion for a while, since I was encouraged the game would improve. The sad fact is that, it has not, it’s gotten worse.

I was one of many who playtested this game. I playtested for 6 months before the game released publicly early access.

I witnessed many issues be brought up in this forum, may of which went unfixed. Just as well, many that were fixed and then reverted when the new season came out.

Let me just say this first, what an underwhelming first season. This was one of the main reasons I stuck around. Let me air out my biggest grievances:

1. No new missions. To me, this was the most egregious issue. What was the point of even having missions at all if we weren’t to grow and build off them? Might as well just done a tutorial and then challenges only. What a huge miss.

2. Levels remain capped at 10. What is the point. For those die hard players, your audience, we get capped at level 10 in each area. We reach that so easily, and are unable to grow beyond that. It’s just so frustrating and does not make me want to continue repetitive challenges knowing I’ll remain the same level.

3. season 1 tickets. Here’s what makes the least sense. I do every single challenge every day. I do every single ticket challenge. I do every weekly and daily challenges. I’m still no where near getting every item in the season one ticket store. So I’m assuming this is asking me to do every challenge every day of season one to even get near getting all items. The weight of points is so unbalanced.

4. I’ve done so many challenges but I have nothing else to spend my in game points on. I have over 50k in game points, but I already bought everything in every product boxes. What do I do with all these extra points? Wait for the brick switch product box? Where’s the motivation

5. Halloween event was a flop. Again, this is an issue of inefficient token disbursement. So early on I was able to but all items available for Halloween tokens. I ended the event with many thousands of Halloween tokens that I did not get to keep. What was the point? Then you just take them all from me. That should at least be credited to me.

6. how is Brickswitch not open. How did we make it this far into the game and not drop it. This was a very incomplete game that someone decided they payed too much money to finance and had to start churning in revenue. This does not make sense at all.

7. Every update makes my controls feel drastically different . Some updates make it impossible to do certain tasks.
