Stuck at the extravert shop

I’ve been stuck at the shop for about 4 hours now. I don’t know what to do. I can’t progress any further and I’m stuck just roaming the city with no goals or tasks.

ETA: I’ve uninstalled and installed it from Epic, Steam, and EA and still stuck at the same spot.
