Stuck on tutorial island SKATE.

So I’m stuck on tutorial island and have been ever since the video game drop . Haven’t been able to play the game because I’m m stuck on the mega ramp on the island and can’t climb back up or get off because it’s surrounded by water I respawn in the mega ramp even though I’ve deleted all data of the game off my ps5 and well every time I redownload in hopes I can play the game I respawn in the same place . Please help and fix this game I’m a true fan of skate and have been waiting for this game to come out so please help
