There's no stock. And what's available isn't suitable for characters currently leveling up.
I still don't understand, given that our accounts and guilds are of similar size, how you find gearing so difficult when I have already geared every character to g13 (and did so long before LSTs became a thing).
The only thing I can think of is that you are doing this:
So where's the boost if I need parts from the mk1 and mk2 raids to level relics?
too much. It sounds to me like you're using too much of your raid currency on items that you immediately turn into relic materials like heatsinks, electrium conductors, zimbiddles etc.
This game has always been and will always be a balancing act. If you use too much of a scarce resource to do one thing, it will usually make it more difficult for you to do something else.
Besides that, you seem to be claiming that Raid currency and farming with energy are the only way of obtaining these items, which again is not true.
