Need Help ASAP Webstore Error

I have tried getting help with EA support and the in game help chat, but they keep sending me an endless loop of trying the same troubleshooting steps. Whenever I try to sign into the webstore to claim the free relic 10 calendar, it asks me to link my account, but my account is already linked and I have logged in several times over the years using this email. When I try to unlink my account in game, I get an error code 9.0 message saying my connection is bad, but it’s not. I’ve tried uninstalling the game, signing out of Game Center, updating the app, updating IOS, using Icognito mode, etc, but I’m still having the same issue. I am also interested in buying the Malgus pack, but can’t. Trying to give them my money and literally can’t.
