Update turned on 3rd party tracking and data sharing

During the update released on march 4, our settings got reset, and one of the settings within was a 3rd party sharing which defaulted to on, I’m sure this wasn’t intended as it’s a possible violation of law to turn on 3rd party sharing without consent.

I’m curious to see if CG/EA will issue a statement allowing the community to know about this issue.

Just trying to shed some light on this topic

If there's a law violation, it's that it would default to on. Everyone's cache got cleared, so everything went back to default. Any law violation would be country specific though. So many places share your data without opt-in, and just some very fine print somewhere.
