C3PO Lightspeed Bundle Error

It seems like this is a common issue for a lot of people right now, But I attempted to buy the C3PO lightspeed bundle twice now through the PC webstore and each time I received an error and just got crystals instead. Is there a way to get this resolved? I wanted to also purchase the BB8 lightspeed bundle, but don't want to have the same issue occur. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for the help EA_Gunner, I see the C3PO LS bundle rewards on my account now. 

    Sorry to bother you again, but I went forward and also purchased the BB-8 bundle. Same issue, only received crystals. Would you be able to work your magic again? Thanks for all the help.
