Hello there, for 6 days I have had problems logging into the game. My SWGOH account with EA and my email are not recognized. I have already tried uninstalling the app and restarting it with Google Play and it doesn't work either. Is there any developer who can help me?PS: I always get this error message:An error has occurred that requires you to restart the game. Please check your internet connection as a poor connection could be the problem. Then press "Restart". If you have seen this message multiple times and have a good internet connection, please contact us. Error code 9.

Are you trying to link an EA account to your SWGoH account? Or are you trying to recover a SWGoH account?

And are you sure you linked your EA account to the game before?
