Lightspeed bundle not giving contents

Hello, i bought the Han Lightspeed bundle in game on the PC client, payment was taken however the client bugged / glitched out and i had to restart it, when i came back on the bundle was gone from the store, never received the contents and was sent an in-game message about an error and some crystals?
