As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers.
I’ve force quit and restarted the app, tried restore purchase just in case, and raised a ticket with EA help.

EA_HuxEA_Gunner saw a recommendation in another thread that said to reach out to yourselves for help. I’ve had no love from meathead and negative love from EA help, with respect to not receiving my free Quiggold shards, so I thought I’d try one last ditch effort. Any help greatly appreciated!
Caved and bought the 5999cr pack despite everything in my head telling me not to. Karma didn’t give me a 330 pull :(
So after 5 days of very slow back and forward with EA “Help”, I get told they can’t help at this time. No reason why, helping would not give me any unfair advantage, just a no. Sorry for the repeat pingsCG_Meathead but this is a really bad way to treat a loyal player, and it looks like a few others affected from just this thread.
Day 5 and my thoughts are at their lowest ebb. 85 Quiggold shards turned to vapour, and I struggle through the mist seeking salvation. My efforts are for nought as I slip and fall to my hands and knees. Raising my head to the sky I yell “Why?”, but am met with silence yet again. Oh, my tortured soul!
As if to mock me, the gods send another test - a fiendish galactic challenge requiring… Quiggold shards, of which my cup runneth absurdly empty. Such vexatious creatures, these gods!!
Another day of desperation passes, as I wander the desert desperately seeking 80 Quiggold shards to quench my thirst. The gods of this earth are testing me, but I cling to the hope they notice this poor soul and grant their most bounteous mercy upon me.
I guess Noone wants to help us, really Star wars galaxy of heroes leaves much more to be desired. We can't even get an answer. @CG_Meathead
Like the passing of time, another day has waned. I enter day 3 of the Quiggold event with high hopes, but 75 shards of emptiness in my horse’s rear-view mirror. I can only hope that the great dragon CG_Meathead rouses from his slumber and uses his magic to restore my hopes, forever dashed.
I am sorely vexed. Day 1 has passed with loss of 65 shards for the first of the tiers, and another 5 doth retire from tier the third. EA help hath respondeth with a path of resets, alas to no avail. Yea verily I beseech thee good sir Meathead, wield thine god-like powers and bestow upon this humble mortal some Quiggold goodness.
I have the same problem, Quiggold event crashed and I got no shards . Ally code 412-636-666.
