@EA_Gunner If I use a different EA account, can I recover my SWGOH profile?

Are you trying to link an EA account to your SWGoH account? Or are you trying to recover a SWGoH account?

And are you sure you linked your EA account to the game before? @EA_Gunner Yes, I did it like that at first, then I tried to link through the have an account button, but I get the error message

@EA_Gunner Ok, so how can I use my account again, because I also tried to log in through Google Play, and I can't.
@EA_Gunner When I try to enter the SWGOH webstore it sends me a verification code and when I enter it I only get an error when logging in. Why does this problem appear?
- EA_Gunner@DarthFehnor Because your account is not linked to SWGoH. The system will send you a verification code as long as the email is associated with an EA account.
To get help with account recovery, you need to contact EA Help. @EA_Gunner I've already been to EA help but they haven't been able to help me either.

And do you know your case number for the EA Help case? @EA_Gunner No, I hadn't tried that, I just spoke to EA support. And no, I don't know that number.
