Where is Fulcrum's omi?

Dear developers, what is the point of maintaining an omicron that does not work?The Ahsoka Tano Fulcrum omicron is useful and it is absurd that it does not do what it is supposed to. It does not ignore taunt, it does nothing. It's basically like it doesn't even have omicron. 
Please fix it or remove it and return the materials spent to put it in.
