All of my saves, downloads, purchased worlds are gone.

Question

As the title says, all of my hard work is gone. About 5 years of regular simming. I'm typing this with tears in my eyes. I even recently bought Lucky Palms, which I have really been enjoying.

Did my usual troubleshooting to get in ever since the EA app took over - I open the EA App, which boots up the Sims 3 Launcher, turn off wifi so that I can play without the "Can't connect to store" pop up that won't go away.

This time I get in, and it says "New Game" ... all my saves are gone. I go back into the launcher, and all of my downloads are gone. I log in, everything is still gone. I log in to sims 3 exchange on web browser, and it is glitching out as I can't even redownload everything I've purchased from TS3 over the years.

That being said, I haven't used mods or CC since probably 2015. I'm a good little simmer who has spent a lot of money with EA and I am absolutely pissed off about this. Stop forcing TS4 on us and just let us enjoy a game you've made with ease. A lot of us are still spending money on TS3 and it is truly offensive to just have all the hard work randomly taken away.

Please EA, tell me how to fix this.

purplerocks304​&nbsp; Do you still see your saves and other user content anywhere?&nbsp; It's possible everything is intact but not in the folder the game is currently reading.&nbsp; This can happen if you reenable iCloud Drive and allow it to sync your Documents folder.
Before doing anything else, please run a search for your missing content.&nbsp; Open Terminal, in Applications &gt; Utilities, and copy and paste this command, and enter:
find / -name "*DeviceConfig*" 2&gt;/dev/null
Then post the results here.
Please also let me know whether iCloud Drive is syncing Documents.&nbsp; Open System Settings &gt; Apple ID &gt; iCloud, and if iCloud Drive is checked, click Options next to it and see whether Desktop &amp; Documents is checked off.&nbsp; If it is, decide whether you want to use this feature or not and let me know.

puzzlezaddict​ thank you!!!! so I located my lost files under Documents &gt; ARCHIVE &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; Sims 3 &gt; Saves... where should I move these to so that they are in the correct spot? And also, this doesn't help the issue of not being about to download my purchases from the exchange, including neighborhoods and items. It keeps triggering the EA app and glitching out. Thanks in advance!&nbsp;

purplerocks304​&nbsp; The files need to be in Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 3.&nbsp; Please make sure you're adding them to the folder the game is actually reading.&nbsp; You can tell by checking DeviceConfig: its time stamp should match the last time you opened the game.&nbsp; If not, let me know, and please list the results of the Terminal search so I can see what's going on with your system.
When you try to download something from the Exchange, do you already have the launcher open?&nbsp; If not, try that first.&nbsp; If that's not the issue, let me know whether iCloud Drive is syncing Documents.
