Crashing And Xcpt File

My game today crashed when I was leaving cas. Yesterday I had a similar problem I was in cas and tried leaving it and nothing happened so I clicked leave cas again and nothing happened I basically couldn't click anything. The game didnt freeze it looked like it was still going just that nothing reacted. Now today I tried leaving cas and suddenly the game just crashed without a freeze or anything. It's happening with a new save I started in Bridgeport. I have most NRAAS mods which I know don't cause any problems since I have them since forever and never had problems with the NRAAS mods. I have deleted the cache many and removed mods that I thought might be causing it. I have 6 mods that aren't by NRAAS but I've had them for really long and they never caused problems. The only new mod I downloaded was Enhanced Vampires but the mod works well and the mods by Pudding face are known to be not causing problems.

    mohamedxalix​  If you still need help, this crash happened because the game ran out of memory.  CAS and Build/Buy are more resource-intensive than live play, so if you're spending a lot of time in either one, I'd strongly suggest quitting and reloading before trying to play.  Any household you finish creating, as in, you get to the point where you can choose where the household lives, is saved to the in-game bin, so you wouldn't lose your work.  You can save a build to the bin too.

    Separately, your computer only had a bit more than 4 GB RAM available when you launched the game, so it would be best to close some other apps, or restart your computer, before you want to play.
