Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3

Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn'...

I have the same problem. Every time I try to open the downloads tab in the launcher it crashes and returns me to the EA app. And when the Downloads folder is empty I can open downloads in the launcher, once I add any sims3pack file and try to open downloads in launcher again, it crashes. And I tried to reinstall the dame, to repair but noting helped. I play on MacOS M3 Sequoia 15.6
I really hope that this problem can be fixed soon.
