My Sims 3 World Adventures doesn't appear to be installed

Hello everyone.

I just bought a new PC for gaming, and now I can't see The Sims 3: World Adventures available for installation. When I open the launcher, I can see all my expansion packs except World Adventures, which is missing. I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the game and the EA App, and contacting support, but they told me to ask for help here. Does anyone have a similar problem?

    If this happened after an account merge, it sounds like the live support team will need to take a look and manually re-add your DLC to your account- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details. 

    You can submit a request here to speak with live support on this- I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation so the team there has more info to reference.

    I forgot, it's installed, EA App shows that, but in game launcher I just can't see it

  • I'm having a similar issue where 3 packs I had installed previously back when Origin was a thing (and even before that) are not associated with my EA Play account. I seem to have had other Packs appear in their place, however, but I would like to have the original packs available to me since I had them previously.

    I have not merged two accounts together, as I've never had two separate EA accounts.

    That does sound like you may be logging in with a different EA account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums, but you can contact the live support team to review this further and verify where your content is. Please submit a help request here
