Problem code redeem item name « placeholder «

I have a sims 3 collector edition in physics and I have a code for a European sports car, I use it in ea play and it works but in my history, the item was named « placeholder » and on the sims 3 store, the car is not displayed in my purchase history so I can’t download the content. The sims account is the same account with my ea account and they are linked.

    MaxsouTheGamer​  Store content can only be registered on and downloaded from the Sims 3 Store site.  If your code works there (use the Redeem a Code button at the bottom of the page), the content should show up in your purchase history.  If it doesn't work, I don't think EA customer support has any way to add it to your account now, unfortunately.
