Relationship bars keep dropping

I think I saw a very old and unsolved discussion on this, but I will reopen this issue again 'cause I haven't found a solution anywhere. 

My Sim's relationship bars suddenly started dropping for no apparent reason. When she's near someone she knows, it will start dropping from best friends to basically hate. If I make them friendly interact, the message "thinks [my Sim] is okay" is always there, but every couple of seconds she shows some kind of red aura and the bar will go down again.

My Sim is a witch and recently became the Empress of Evil. I have all the expansion packs and this happened to me before only once: A Sim that was also a witch and climbing up the fortune teller career. And both times I was in Moonlight Falls.

Can somebody help me with this?

    LSilver30  This isn't a bug but very much by design.  The cause is that your sim is the Empress of Evil.  The evil aura is part of the perks of having the title, and certain sims will react negatively and their relationship will drop as a result.  Affected sims include those that have the Good or Friendly trait or who are in the law enforcement career.  Other evil sims will get a relationship boost though, so it's a trade-off.
