Sims 3 DLC not showing in launcher

Question

I merged my old account with my new account back in 2023. I never ran the sims 3 launcher because the EA app says that I have all the add ons and they are downloading. I have spoken to EA chat multiple times and no one can fix it. There's no videos on it. I cant find any help so someone please help me. The only ones showing up are World Adv, Generations, and Late night because I just purchased them. The missing packs which all appear on the EA app and not the launcher are University Life, Supernatural, Seasons, Pets, Katy Perry's Sweet Treats, AND Island Paradise. I have repaired, reinstalled, cleared cache, and done a clean booting as previous chats instructed. Nothing has fixed this issue. I haven't registered these packs to my sims 3 account but it should've been done as my old account no loner works. I believe that may be the issue but of course the login button isn't working right now and I can't press register a game. This is the only thing left that I can think of to do but this shouldn't be an option since I transferred all my stuff between accounts. I never registered Generations or world adv on the website only the EA app and they show up? Chat said theres no issues with my account or blocks or anything so I'm not sure how to move forward and I just want to play my childhood game again.

pandorapegasus​&nbsp; The only way to fix this is to contact EA customer support (again, unfortunately).&nbsp; Ask the support rep to specifically remove the entitlements from the missing packs, then add them back to your account.&nbsp; Make sure they remove ALL copies of any missing pack before adding a new one.
Unfortunately, support probably won't be able to add KPST back to your account, as it appears it can't be added for anyone anymore.&nbsp; So you may want to leave that one alone for now, unless the support rep you speak to this time around has another idea for how to fix that code.&nbsp; But the others can be removed and added easily enough.

Okay I will see If I can contact support again, currently its greyed out for me and I'm unable to contact anyone. Thank you so much for your reply and I'll let you know if that fixes it!&nbsp;
