ea says i have sims 3 late night installed but yet on the launcher its not there or is it in the game same thing for sunlight tides i did everything i could with the info i found including wiping out the entire game and ea and all the files for it anyone here have any ideas?

Just to confirm, were you previously accessing Late Night through a subscription, such as EA Play or Xbox Game Pass, that's since expired or might require a refresh? You can confirm by checking whether Late Night appears in your Order History page, as it would if you purchased the pack through EA. Afterward, try clearing the EA App's cache.
With Sunlit Tides, can you try uninstalling it under the launcher's Installed Content tab and making sure the SunlitTides.world file isn't in InstalledWorlds before reinstalling it?
