I've been a bit busy with RL and such things I've not had a chance to jump over here and say hi and how much I love your WIP! 💗

SUMMER GARDENFully furnished and decorated comfortable family home: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living-dining-kitchen, kids' livingroom upstairs, office, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness and wellness areas with sauna. Beautiful garden with pool, hot-tub, barbeque and outdoor activities.NO-CC / NO-MOO - player-friendly layout - available in my gallery: ID #imogerDOWNLOADWas built as an achievement for my Summer Garden created for Sims3 passed more than 100.000 downloads on the sims3 exchange - currently more than 120.000 downloads -, so to celebrate this achievement, I decided to create the Sims4 version. It is a very nice that you have set up a showcase thread for your sims 4 creations :) You are such a talented builder! Your sims 3 creations are beautiful, and your sims 4 creations are so very lovely also! Summer Garden is such a very beautiful family home! :) It is a very special Sims 4 version of your sims 3 home! Very lovely exterior design of the home! The roofing, greenery topped windows, wall colour and stone wall texture are very nice! The outdoors areas are so lovely! The landscaping, flower beds, water fountains pools and the plants are so very beautiful! The pool and patio is very nice! Very nice bar, outdoors seating and hot tub area! Very nice trellis covered outdoors kitchen and dining patio! The basketball court is great! Very beautifully furnishing of the interior! The room colours and colour shades are so very lovely! Very nice design and layout of each room! The curtains are pretty! Very lovely bedrooms! Each room is beautiful!

    This is the same WIP I started so long ago, if you remember we discussed the the 2nd floor fence corner "glitch", which led you to discover a new method 😃
    Im debating to purchase the Lovestruck expansion, I saw some build mode items which might fit to this home, but maybe will wait for a little discount.

I stumbled upon your thread and just wanted to say that I love your colorful decor. Your basic color of brown wood and earth tones makes your buildings appear so harmonious, with colorful highlights. My mood becomes so happy when I look at your pictures ?

I tried to add some unique and realistic feel to every areas with the design and details.
The luxe kit came very useful with the pillows, just wish there would be more color choices and types.

Wow, awesome work with Suburban Chic, this build is truly beautiful both inside and outside. Love how you've arranged and placed all the cushions for extra chicness and how you've designed the outdoor areas so each activity has it's own 'room' :)
