🏭 Industrial Production
What I like in Tyler's game is the ability to assign tasks to NPC employees on objects.
- (Botanist) Gardening
- (Handler) Harvest vegetables > bring to Mixing table
- (Chemist) Mix it > bring to Packaging table
- (Handler) Pack it and put the package on a specific shelf
In The Sims 4 the players can't tell to the NPC employees to harvest apples (gardener), cook pancakes with them (chef) and put them in the fridge or sell them.
A gameplay could be focused on the production process and sell the products to Restaurant, Retail or Small Business owners or by yourself (online shop).
These activities need a supply chain so NPC employees could be in charge of collecting the required resources :
- Cooking
- Herbalism (Herbal Recipes)
- Floral arranging
- Robotics
- Juice fizzing
- Fabrication
- Gemology
- Nectar making
- Alchemy
- Apothecary
- If Scientist career
- Invention
- Serum
B&H isn't working properly for employees.
You can set up a crew and after a few shifts they dissappear and you have to re-employ them back as employees.
For this reason all my B&H businesses are run by played households that I control and trust to get the job done. I stray away from NPC employment as much as I can.
