Business Empire :
An Aspiration for super rich households only because to become a board member the sim will have to invest large amount of money in the company.
Board Member active career will set the career level depending on the size of the initial investment :
- 30% is level 9 "Big Investor", The player can invest more but the other board members will maintain their 70% control of the company. So the player will have to forge alliance (ally) or force them (enemy)
- 50% is level 10 "Company Leader", the player can rename the company. At this level, the founder family will try anything possible to restore their control, depending on the played sim's relationship with the other board members, they might help the founder.
The game could have 3 existing empires :
- Landgraab Industries :
- Strength : Financial stability
- Weakness : Community hatred
- Social Influence perks : Influence by Money (Corruption)
- "Call in the favor" : Landgraab Industries controls power and water so the other sims should be cooperative if they don't want to see their home suddenly becoming off-the-grid for "maintenance" reasons.
- "Sponsored Reputation" : "Donation" (bribes) to counter negative public image caused by Alto's perks.
- Worthington Global :
- Strength : Social Influence
- Weakness : High scandal sensitivity
- Social Influence perks : Influence by Reputation (Dishonor)
- "Social Erasure" (Blacklist) : The ability to ban any sim from a specific venue by Worthington's social influence.
- "Endorsement" : It minimizes/nullifies the negative effects of Alto's and Landgraab's perks on the "Protected" sim.
- Alto Syndicate :
- Strength : Information control
- Weakness : Internal betrayal
- Social Influence perks : Influence by Information (Manipulation)
- "Fabricate a scandal" : Using Alto Media Network to spread fake information about a sim
- "Big Reveal" : Using any social event as a trap to publicly sabotage somebody's reputation
