So, my suggestion is simple: make the aging up cheat available to everyone. So it doesn't need any mods to unlock.

Agree! All the world's should include swimming, and boating. You should be able to live and fish off a boat or yacht like in sims 3.

Mermaid eyes to be linkable with human forms (like they used to be!) 

In fact would really like all occult features (skin, eyes, teeth. Werewolf eyes would be cool too) to be usable with any sim, it would really broaden the creative options. One can make Spellcasters with mermaid skin tones or vampire eyes, so why not unlock the rest?

I would also really like to have individual writable bios back again. 

Oh, and octopus tentacles for mersims. Pleeeeease?

Vehicles, Preteens, Burglars, Strollers, Wearable Accessories like Backpack and etc. NPC reacting to proposals, Sick Sims going to the hospital not just taking medicine. Football Game at the highschool and Uni Day at the highschool. Infants and toddlers eat at a restaurant or just be out with the family playable or NPC. Separate simoleons bank account. Hotels and resorts vacation pack, theme park and a water park. 

Foam cannon for nightclub

In TS4 Backyard Stuff the sims can be covered in foam, it would be nice to use this effect in nightclubs

I wish we'd got an exercise bike with Lovestruck, rather than recolours of the same old treadmill and weights. I'd love a pottery wheel if it came with Pottery skill.
